There are so many ways to make dreamboards and yet, I have always made mine the same way: magazine cuttings, bristol board, glue and many cups of tea. I think that's just because I enjoy it so much. But today our house is in mad disarray with renovations and repairs and I had just about given up on making my own dreamboard this month.

But dreaming would not be stopped and Pamela and Kavindra inspired me with their photo mosaics! I had a great fun going to Flickr and putting what I desire in the search box and seeing what would show up. How delightful! I imagine this is just how the Universe responds too. You put in "serenity" and then you see just exactly which form of the millions of shapes serenity could take shows up! I love it that way because then when it shows up it feels more like a present!

What a treat to make a dreamboard in a new way. It's true that when the walls come down, new perspectives open.

PS I used Mosaic Maker to put together the pictures.

That is so true. I like hands on collage too, but flickr does seem to get you great little surprises.

I see exuberance in balance, and a nice cat nap here.

I think the photo mosaic is a brilliant way to build a dream board. Your photo selection is gorgeous. I've never tried one of these -- hmmm a new discovery!

Thank you for sharing your dreams. You are truly an inspiration.

That is such a cool way to make a dreamboard! It gives more to look at and more ways to express dreams. It's beautiful, Jamie.

I want to try this way too :D (I will not have to do my collage today sniff).
What did you use to make the mosaic ?

Oh what a lovely thought! Putting your request in the search box of the Universe and up pops what you're looking for!

This mosaic is so full of adventure, playfulness, serenity and light!

May all those find you and more. When wall come down, the scenery is that much more accessible :)

Wow, the walls! That really gives the metaphor a real charge, when you are physically standing there, feeling the outside and inside become one. Great photo.

And a beautiful Dreamboard Jamie.

I love how you find a way to create and find pleasure when obstacles seem to land in your lap. Like a big, purring cat.

Plop.

I'm so glad you enjoyed the photo mosaic process, Jamie! I did, too, and was amazed by the beautiful visions people have and incredible photos they create.

Your mosaic is stunning! I am struck by the contrast in light and color. It is peaceful yet vibrant, filled with motion yet still and serene. Community, love, freedom and excitement. What an amazing month you will have!

It seems I started a trend, with the mosaic I did for last month's full moon. It is so much fun, isn't it? And yours is dreamy.

That made me smile. I may use mosaic maker for mine next month and see what happens. :)

I hope you find that serenity you're looking for! Or, perhaps, instead, it will find you. ;)
