What a beautiful level 1 task Soul Coaching gave us today - radiate love at everybody. I was out and about downtown all day so there were lots of opportunities to encounter people and spread love. I sent an extra-strength love beam to all of the people working in the service industry. Whenever I bought something or asked a question, I looked at the person helping and sent them love. I got lots of smiles in return. And I must say, rather a lot of surprised looks.
I think this one is a life practice.

Yes! It was an awesomely smiley day today. I had my all my classes cracking up today! Nothing says loving like a good laugh! :)
p.s. LOVE that picture! :)
Such a beautiful gesture from a beautiful being. I have no doubt that people felt the love you sent them. Blessings, Nicole x
Perfect approach Jamie! So many people treat service people like crap and I don't get that at all. I always make conversation and listen to their stories. Fabulous picture! OMG!
BTW, the snow has FINALLY stopped. Woot!
I learnt from my dad´s example to greet anything that breathes. ;) I get surprised looks from people who know me too. :D
It sounds like a wonderful day, Jamie....since I've been a mother and came out of my shyness somewhat, I've tended to smile at people and strike up conversations with strangers in queues etc., but, with Soul Coaching, I find that I am more consciously aware of doing it and I'm sending out more and more loving vibes.
The ones who gave you surprised looks were probably the ones who needed that 'love' most....it must have felt great to make a difference like that.
love, light and peace,
serena
This is great. It's amazing what a simple smile or kind word can accomplish. Someone having a bad day needs only your smile and attention, and I bet it makes the world of difference.
