101 Update ~ #14 Get a pair of rubber boots and go for a walk in the rain

#14 of my 101 Things in 1001 days is half complete. I have purchased my rubber boots. If you look really closely, you can see that they have a pink sole! (I wonder if I have a pink soul) Now, the walking in the rain part might wait until the spring. It's not that it won't rain. But cold November rain in Toronto is one of my least favourite types of weather. But maybe dressing warmly and playing in the rain could change my perspective. We'll see!

Hey, I don't see why you couldn't have a pink soul!

But, this 101 List idea intrigues me. I took a look at yours, and I think I may start dreaming up some ideas to do one myself.

Good luck with yours!

Absolutely! I think having the proper clothing for being outside is like having the proper tools for art, cooking, construction. It's incredibly freeing. It's one of the reasons I'm getting desperate to buy a proper outdoor coat for the coming weather. Good for you Jamie and of course, you gotta have your own personal touch and the pink soles are perfect for you! Interesting, a pink soul...I can see that!

Love the boots. And you totally have a pink soul - you're so playful and creative! Sorry to hear it's cold in Toronto. It was in the mid-70s here in sunny California! :)

It is hard for me to imagine cold and rainy weather for more than a day.

I love your rain boots...and the photo!

Hope your weekend has been perfectly delightful.

I have always loved the 101 in 1001 thing, ever since a friend first introduced me to it back in like 2003. I never thought I would have the creativity to come up with the list or the guts to go through with it, but you've inspired me to rethink that again. Yay!

Also, I covet those boots.
