It was so nice that my Nia buddy, Beth, was in the Toronto on Monday and came over for dinner. We don't get to see each other very often, but it's always a treat when we do. We did our white belt together in May 2005 and will be going for our blue belts together in November. Wow, how time flies!
Since Justin and I moved into our home we really haven't had very many people over. It was great to get motivated to pretty things up. For the first time ever I was able to bring a flower in from the garden, this wonderful hydrangea.

That's amazing you have someone to go through the Nia journey with and that you did some entertaining with a good friend.
