December Views ~ Dec 16 ~ Making it Back in the Snow
We woke up to a winter wonderland. Which is lovely, except when you have to go somewhere.
We managed to make it home just fine despite all sorts of travel challenges. The train was delayed 2 hours, but at least it was still moving. The subway had a major closure but lucky for us it was running as far as our stop. Here are the shuttle buses taking people any further.
Our view as we walked up the street:
We got home safe and sound. It was nice to have a casserole to take out of the freezer and a bottle of red to take off of the wine rack. Home, sweet home.
i love taking the train when i am in that part of the country and lament that we don't have such ease of transportation here :) but wow ~ i think you have more snow than us ~ glad you made it home safe and sound to a yummy casserole and wine :)
I believe in magic, love, truth and beauty. My work and play revolve around creative self-expression and self-development. I am committed to building a life that is true to my self and my gifts and that supports others in doing the same. I'm here to dance.
